Trophy Race is a two day event running at the end of each month.
Day 1: Four Qualification Races.
Day 2: One Second Chance Race and three concluding Final Races.

Race Mode: Fleet Race
Rules: Complete (Auto). Only penalties given by the Nadeo umpire will possibly be examined as described below.
ISAF Rules, here handled this way:
-You can request cancellation for penalties you think are wrong.
-All cancellation requests MUST be accepted. A boat refusing, regardless whether by intent or by mistake, or not answering to a cancellation request, will be disqualified.
-If a boat getting a cancellation, regrets the request, and makes a 360 away from other boats a.s.a.p., the case is closed.
-All active cancellations will be examined by the Protest Committee after the races.
-If a penalty is found to be right, the boat asking for cancellation will be disqualified.
So, think twice before asking for cancellation.
The PC may need to contact parties involved to gather more information for making a correct decision.
No late arrivals.
No General Recall due to many false starts. (Nadeo umpire sees all boats).
Disconnect before 1 min to start may cause a restart.
Format: The 18 best skippers from Day 1 will qualify directly for the Final Races and the next 22 boats can participate in a Second Chance Race, where the 4 best skippers will go to the finals. Participation in at least three races Day 1, is required in order to participate in the Second Chance Race.
Points:
Calculation Day 1: Low Point System, four races, one discard.
Calculation Day 2: Low Point System, three final races, no discards.
Calculation Total: Low Point System, two best races from Day 1 + all three final races from Day 2.
The top 10 boats in the regatta earn points to a “Top Trophy Ranking” based on a rolling 5-round schedule.
The winner of each round will get a leader-skin free to use until the next Trophy Race event.
The number of participants is unlimited and you can view registrations for the next regatta on the left. Registration closes 1 hour before first start and groups will be presented a.s.a.p. thereafter.
